was asked to design incentive plans for the following companies.
These plans were designed after consultation with key executives
and company representatives, and after examining comparable market
data available from surveys. This allowed us to ensure that plans
would be competitive as well as customized.
Carlson Restaurants (Four separate plans for FOH and BOH restaurant
staff)
Crescent
Real Estate (All employees - excluding executive - were included
in the plan designs)
Crump Insurance (Top to Bottom plan, they needed incentives
for all employees in new Chicago office)
Hinson Resources (top to Bottom plan, they needed incentives
for all employees)
Home Interiors and Gifts (Separate plans for Executive, Professionals,
Hourly and Manufacturing)
Scope Networks (Separate plans for Engineers, Technicians, Management,
Executives and all other staff; Developed competencies of each
group to tie to each plan)
