jobs were identified and analyzed, FLSA audits were conducted where
needed, benchmark jobs were subsequently identified and relevant market
data was pulled from published, national and local third party surveys.
The Amason Consulting Group has an up-to-date library of surveys from
many recognized survey providers, such as Hay, Towers Perrin, UNIFI,
Watson Wyatt, William M. Mercer. In addition, we have access to many
industry specific surveys, such as BOMA. Individually and collectively
we have extensive experience completing and analyzing survey data
from all sources, including industry specific. |
