In each case, jobs were identified and analyzed, FLSA audits were conducted where needed, benchmark jobs were subsequently identified and relevant market data was pulled from published, national and local third party surveys. The Amason Consulting Group has an up-to-date library of surveys from many recognized survey providers, such as Hay, Towers Perrin, UNIFI, Watson Wyatt, William M. Mercer. In addition, we have access to many industry specific surveys, such as BOMA. Individually and collectively we have extensive experience completing and analyzing survey data from all sources, including industry specific.
The Amason Consulting Group was engaged to analyze and obtain market data for all jobs from hourly, non-exempt to the President/CEO; successfully benchmarked a minimum of 80% of all jobs in every case (up to 100% in some cases - depending on the industry).
